where do I find the account number and shop name during install? or is that not in the instalador?

by the time this gets done we will need the one that covers the 2011-2016 models. hope this works it will be a real useful tool for me as i dont have the cash to get raped by a mechanic these days.

I downloaded all the files, made the disc, and I still cant figure out where the shop name and account number are? anxious........
