How to Keep an Erection Naturally

There are many factors that can prevent you from getting an erection or cause you to lose one after it's been achieved. Whether the problem is related to medical complications, diet, stimulation or libido, there are many natural ways to keep an erection. Knowing those ways is often half the battle, but doing so will enable you to win the war.
Step 1: Refrain from smoking. Habitual smoking makes it more difficult to maintain an erection. This is one of the many serious side effects of cigarettes.
